No appointment is necessary to tour! We maintain an open door policy for current and prospective families throughout our normal business hours, which are Monday – Friday from 6:00 am – 6:00 pm.

Offering daily rates to accommodate families with varying schedules is an advantage that has continued to set us apart in the child care industry. When on a daily rate, you can expect only to be responsible for days your child was in attendance in one of our programs. (Rates for each location are listed on our locations page.)

Yes! Quality First Scholarships are awarded to our programs at various times throughout the year. For information regarding what scholarships are available or to be put on a waitlist please call the program location of your choice. Valley Child Care and Learning Centers accept subsidy payments via DES, Child Care Aware and First Things First Scholarships. Additional subsidies accepted include payments by the Hopi, Pima and Navajo Nation tribes.

Payment for the days your child was in attendance for the week is due by Friday evening at 6:00 pm. Upon enrollment, you will be invited to sign up for our automatic payment system that enables you to pay with an ACH/checking account or debit card account.

Cash and Check are also accepted.

Accounts that do not receive payment on time are subject to a $30.00 late fee. 

In our infant and toddler classrooms, children receive a daily report every day at pickup. This report includes details regarding their meals, napping, diaper changes and any other pertinent information for parents. We believe communication is extremely important between parents and caregivers and welcome families to relay information to us at drop off/pick up times or alternatively to call and check in with any updates.

Yes! Our open door policy means you can stop by at any time to check on your child our view their classroom via our monitoring system. Families are welcome to call and speak to the center as well to check on their child.

As part of our complete child nutrition program, your child will enjoy morning and afternoon snacks and a lunch that is nutritionally balanced and meet the required food components and portion size at each meal. We encourage the children in our programs to at least try every food group that is offered, and once they are done eating, your child may have second helpings of anything we serve. A copy of our monthly menu is always available on site for families to review!

Because all of our meals are homemade, our menu allows for many food allergy accommodations! In more extreme allergy cases you may be asked to bring your child’s meals and snacks to ensure their safety and nutritional needs are fully met.
